Mandarin 1 Homework #22

 Dear parents and students,


Today we started by quickly reviewing characters and pinyin. After that, we spent about 45 min completing the third quiz. After we finished the test, we did more review tasks. The test results will be sent to your email individually by this Friday.

For students who were absent today, please have parents assist in printing the test papers and spend 45 min completing the written part, then take photos of the completed papers and send them to me via email by Friday.  
 
For this week, please do the following practice:
1.Complete Page 62-67 of workbook 1A.
1. Redo the written part of the test.
2. Complete the "Unit 7汉字书写练习". Please write each character and its pinyin twice every day. Make sure to follow the stroke order.
3.Correct the errors that appear in the Chinese workbook 1A. 
Please keep the wrong content and write the correct answer next to it with a different color pen. If there are any unfinished exercises, please make up for them. If there are still unmodified or unfinished exercises in workbook 1B, please continue to complete them this week. I will keep checking your homework corrections next class. 
4. Review the contents of Unit 9,10,11,12 and 13 of Pinyin textbook.
 
In our next class, we will work on Unit 10.

今天我们在课上先用半小时时间快速复习了目前所学的所有汉字和拼音，用45分钟完成了第三次单元测试。最后利用剩余时间，通过游戏进一步复习了组词和造句。本次测试结果会在下周五前单独发送给各位家长。我已将本次测试题目和答案附加到此封邮件。

今天缺席的同学，请家长协助打印试卷，本周用45分钟，完成笔试内容。这周五之前请将完成的试卷拍照后通过电子邮件传给我。

 
请同学们用本周时间完成以下练习：
1.完成中文练习册1A第62至67页内容。
2. 重新做一遍测试题目的笔试部分。
3. 对照课本汉字笔顺，完成Unit 7 汉字书写练习。
4. 修改中文练习册1A中出现的错误。请保留写错的内容，用不同颜色的笔把正确答案写在旁边。如果有未完成的练习，请补做。如果1B练习册中还有未修改或为完成的题目，请本周继续完成。下次上课，我会继续检查大家的作业的修改。
5. 复习汉语拼音课本第9、10、11、12、13课内容。

 
下次上课我们会学习中文第十单元，请同学们做好预习。

  Hi parents and students, Today we continued with Lesson 6. In class, we practiced using the sentence patterns “我（不）会...” (I can/cannot...) and “我学会了...” (I have learned...) to answer the questions “你会做什么？” (What can you do?) and “你学会了什么？” (What have you learned?). At home, parents can use these two questions to ask your child and encourage them to practice more. The lesson text was a tongue twister with a storyline. By reading it aloud, we experienced the rhythm of Chinese and understood the importance of tones in pronunciation. Before practicing the tongue twister, we learned the pronunciation and meaning of 7 new Chinese characters: 毛, 抱, 猫, 破, 赶, 苗, and 捉. We also reviewed the radicals “扌” (related to hand actions) and “走” (related to movement) and introduced a new radical, “犭,” which is often used for words related to animals or their actions.
