 家长朋友们同学们，


下午好。今天我们复习了中文第十单元的生字和生词。，并学习了六个新字（公、朵、可、玫、菊、兰）的读音和含义。 本课我们重点复习了句子：我家有个小花园。并围绕“有”，进行了词语的替换练习。同学们在课上都能够认真思考，积极分享自己的观点，对全班同学提出表扬。课上检查了同学们对课文《花园》的复习完成情况，大部分同学可以熟练朗读或背诵，请课后继续保持练习。

本次课后，请同学们完成以下练习：
1.听录音，每天跟读中文课本第十单元第57至62页的课文、生字和词语。背诵课文《公园里》；
2.继续完成中文练习册1B第十单元所有练习（第56页到第69页）；(已完成的同学可以忽略此项任务。)
3.继续修改之前练习册上出现的错误；(已完成的同学可以忽略此项任务。)
4.完成“Unit10_汉字书写练习.pdf”；
5.复习汉语拼音课本第16、17课内容。

下次上课日期为4月20日，我们会学习中文课本第十一单元，同学们可以提前预习。

Dear Parents and students,

Today, we began by reviewing the vocabulary and phrases from Unit Ten of our Chinese textbook. We also learned the pronunciation and meanings of six new characters: 公、朵、可、玫、菊、兰.

Our focus for this lesson was on the sentence: "我家有个小花园" (There is a small garden in my house.). We conducted exercises centered around the verb "有" (yǒu - to have), practicing word substitutions to reinforce understanding. The students demonstrated excellent engagement during the class. They did good job on thinking critically and actively participated in discussions.

We also checked the students' progress in reviewing the text "花园" (The Garden). The majority of students were able to proficiently read or recite it. I encourage students to continue practicing at home.

For homework, 
1. Listen to the recording and practice reading the text, new words, and phrases from page 57 to 62 of the Chinese textbook. Also, memorize the text "公园里" (In the Park).
2. Complete all exercises from Unit 10 in Chinese Workbook 1B, from page 56 to page 69. (Please ignore this activity if you have already done it.)
3. Revise any errors on your workbook. (Please ignore this activity if you have done it.)
4.Complete “Unit10_汉字书写练习.pdf”;
5.Review the content of Unit 16 and 17 of the Pinyin textbook.

The next class is on April 20th, and we will work on Unit 11, please do previews.

  Hi parents and students, Today we continued with Lesson 6. In class, we practiced using the sentence patterns “我（不）会...” (I can/cannot...) and “我学会了...” (I have learned...) to answer the questions “你会做什么？” (What can you do?) and “你学会了什么？” (What have you learned?). At home, parents can use these two questions to ask your child and encourage them to practice more. The lesson text was a tongue twister with a storyline. By reading it aloud, we experienced the rhythm of Chinese and understood the importance of tones in pronunciation. Before practicing the tongue twister, we learned the pronunciation and meaning of 7 new Chinese characters: 毛, 抱, 猫, 破, 赶, 苗, and 捉. We also reviewed the radicals “扌” (related to hand actions) and “走” (related to movement) and introduced a new radical, “犭,” which is often used for words related to animals or their actions. Hi Parents and Students, Good afternoon.  In today’s class, we reviewed Pinyin, characters, and vocabulary from the last lesson. We also completed the remaining content of Lesson 9. The key sentence pattern for this lesson was  “ 为什么河水会流动？ ” (Why does the river flow?) . Through this structure, students learned how to ask questions using  “ 为什么 ” (why) . During our class discussion, everyone shared creative and interesting “why” questions. By practicing this sentence pattern, students not only improved their understanding of  “ 为什么 ” , but also reviewed the correct use of the question mark in writing. For speaking practice, we focused on two important structures:  “ 为什么 ” (why) and “ 会不会 ” (can or not) .
